Building Your Home
Curated Property Assessment
Maximizing your home’s market position begins with a thorough evaluation. We conduct an in-depth walkthrough to assess your property’s structural and architectural highlights while identifying opportunities for strategic enhancement. From refined cosmetic updates to key functional considerations, Contractor Agent provides expert guidance to elevate your home’s appeal and capture peak market value.

Strategic Pricing
With your floor plans finalized, you will move into the design selections phase. This is where your vision takes form. Guided by our team, you will select custom finishes, color palettes, and interior and exterior details tailored to your lifestyle—ensuring your home becomes an authentic, one-of-a-kind reflection of you.
Market Preparation
To attract the best offers, your home needs to make a strong initial impression. We help you prepare by identifying key repairs, painting updates, landscaping improvements, and professional staging strategies that highlight your home's top features.

Listing & Marketing
When your home is ready, we showcase it using professional photography and launch it on the local MLS. Through targeted syndication to area brokerages and customized marketing campaigns, we maximize your listing's visibility to attract the right buyers quickly.
Managing Showings
After going live, we begin scheduling private showings and hosting open houses. All buyer visits are scheduled in advance around your convenience. By providing a welcoming environment for touring buyers, we help maximize buyer interest while keeping you fully informed along the way.

Evaluating & Negotiating Offers
When offers come in, we’ll help you analyze each detail—including price, contingencies, and closing timelines. We’ll handle counteroffers and negotiations on your behalf until we reach an agreement that aligns with your goals, officially putting your home under contract.
Inspections & Appraisals
Once under contract, the buyer will schedule an inspection and property appraisal. If repairs or adjustments are requested based on these reports, we’ll help you negotiate the best strategy—balancing repair costs against overall deal terms to ensure your sale stays on track.

Closing Day
On closing day, you’ll sign the final paperwork to transfer ownership after the buyer receives final lender approval. Once all documents are signed, the title company wires your funds directly to your bank account, officially completing the sale of your home!
